I’m lucky to have a relative and friends who are working in Asian Development Bank (ADB) in Ortigas as I get to ask them sometimes (rarely) to buy me one of my favorite Choco Crinkles, and I shall call it the ADB Choco Crinkle Cookies.
The ADB Choco Crinkles
I first had this when my relative came to the house and brought this larger-than-average sized choco crinkles. I first thought of it as “You’re just like the other food that goes for the visual than the gastronomical”. But when I first tasted it, I was wrong and had to apologize the the ADB Choco Crinkle for judging it before trying it.
It had a deep dark chocolate that mixes perfectly both the bitter and the sweet within the chewy chocolate and the sugar powder complements the chocolatey goodness of the Chocolate Crinkle.
Ever since that day, I occasionally ask my friends and relative working in ADB to buy me one, two, three, four, five… and so on.
When I last had the ADB Choco Crinkles it was sold at 13 Pesos a piece.

Note: The cafeteria of ADB is not accessible to all but only to those who are working there. Even inside the ADB cafeteria a person can only buy 20 pieces of these in one buying. For bigger orders they have to pre-order.
Writing about it makes me want to eat the ADB Choco Crinkles again.
